Exploring the Cloud Forest AT NIGHT... this is what we found.
Join myself and Juan Francisco as we document the nature we encounter on a night hike in the Ecuadorian cloud forest. In today's video, we venture into the Las Tangaras Cloud forest reserve just outside of Mindo, Ecuador. This 50-hectare private reserve protects an incredible patch of mid-elevation western cloud forest from about 1400-1800m. We hiked up to the top of the reserve in the middle of the night and saw some incredible flora and fauna!
