Selling Both My 8TH Gen And 9TH Gen Honda Accord V6 6MT To Buy A House What's up you guys. Hope you're all doing great. So here I am at a cross road. I never thought this day would come, but it's here. My wife and I have finally decided to buy our very first home. This is something that we've been wanting to do for years now but, homes here in Canada is very expensive, so we've been waiting for the right time. So, here's the big question. Do I need 2 cars? Yes, yes and yes I do. Especially when it's a v6-6mt. Now, that is my flesh speaking. However, spending on a home is definitely the much better thing to do. Like i said we've been planing this for many years now and have been saving towards it. But, having the extra money in the bank from selling one of my car, especially now is the better choice. But honestly guy's, I truly "DO NOT" want to sell any one of my cars. The good thing is that financially we're good for buying our home so I don't have to, but like I said, having the extra money in the bank just in-case is never a bad idea. What do you guys think?
