I was alive and well up to last Fall before the Winter slumber. All the other fruit trees have awakened from their winter dormancy, but this one didn't. I tried scratching at the bark for signs of life. I even pruned the dried branches to see if some part of the trunk was still with us. Sadly, there were no signs of viability. I called the nursery and received wonderful news. With my receipt and the old tree, I can get a new one due to the nursery's lifetime tree warranty. Now that's great customer service and awesome store policy.
