Your 11 p.m. Greater Cleveland and Northeast Ohio weather forecast for Jan. 9, 2026: The first wave of active weather has exited to our east overnight. The wind, warmth and wetness has left us, but there is more to come! Another wave of low pressure will move in from the south on Saturday afternoon, bringing in another round of rain. Showers will linger into the early evening hours before ending from west to east. Temperatures during the day will hover in the 40s. Cold air will spill into the area beginning Saturday night with some clearing skies. Low temperatures will fall into the middle and upper 20s by dawn. A weak trough will swing in from the north midday Sunday. Scattered snow showers are possible area-wide. Accumulations should be well below 1 inch in most spots. We have a quick bounce back in temps Monday and Tuesday with quiet weather before arctic air looks to unlock at some point later next week perhaps bringing a return to frigid air by the following weekend.
