Sony have finally released update 3.0 for the PS4, bringing with it a host of tiny changes and a few big ones that Ian's decided to highlight in this video. Because he's nice like that. Firstly, you can now send sticker messages to your friends. At the moment there isn’t really a huge choice and most of them are rubbish, It’s also worth pointing out that you can’t add stickers to text messages, as soon as you type anything the sticker button greys out. Instead you have to send the stickers separately and type a message afterwards. The biggest addition to this update is probably the ability to broadcast straight to YouTube from your PS4 console. App wise, it is very similar to Twitch, once you’ve linked your YouTube account to your SEN account, all you need to do is hit broadcast, run through a quick set up and then, hey presto, you’re live to the interwebs. Just like the Twitch app you can include Mic audio and video from your Playstation camera, but on the YouTube app you can also add a video description and video tags before you launch. Because, you know, everyone loves entering loads of text using a PS4 controller. The final update of note is the PS4’s new video upload functionality for Twitter.
