The questions answered in this halaqa are: If the wife works and contributes her entire salary alongside her husband based on an agreement made at the start of the marriage, how would assets be divided in the event of a divorce? Would she be entitled to half of the marital property if her name is on the title deed, and could she also seek alimony and child support? Also we want to break our fast with our revert community and others who don’t have family here to be there for them and to make Ramadan special . So how can we balance ?
