In this video, a heavy bulldozer was working in a mountainous, rocky area, shifting large stones and material. During operation, a very sharp rock suddenly pierced the dozer’s tyre, causing a serious tyre blowout. Due to the unavailability of a new tyre on-site, we removed the damaged tyre and transported it to our workshop. At the workshop, the tyre was carefully inspected and repaired with full attention and professional techniques. After the repair process, the tyre was placed in a heating chamber (bhatti) for 8 hours to ensure proper bonding and strength. After completing the heating process, the tyre became fully healthy and reliable again. It was then reinstalled on the bulldozer and successfully put back to work in the same tough conditions.
