Ingredients 2 drumsticks (cut into pieces) 2 medium potatoes (cut into cubes) 8–10 badi (sun-dried lentil dumplings) 1 Onion 2 tamato Curry leaves Dry red Chilli 4 teaspoons black and white mustard seeds 2 teaspoon cumin seeds 1 teaspoon popi seed 1–2 dry red chilies 5 cloves of garlic 🧄 ½ teaspoon turmeric powder 1 teaspoon chilly powder Hing Salt to taste 1/2 Dry Mango 2 tablespoons oil Water as required For Mustard Paste Grind mustard seeds, cumin seeds, popi seed ,garlic and dry red chilies with a little water to make a smooth paste. Cooking Method Boil the drumstick and potato with adding salt and water.(60 % boil) Heat oil in a pan and fry the badi until golden brown. Keep them aside. In the same pan add panchpuran ,dry redchilly, curry leaves and hing fry 1 mints after that u can add slice onion and tamato. then add boiled potatoes and drumsticks. Fry for 2–3 minutes. Add turmeric powder ,chilly powder and salt, and mix well. Add the mustard paste. Mix gently.Pour some water, cover the pan, and cook until the vegetables are cooked 80%.Then add fried badi and dry mango.Cook for another 3–4 minutes until everything is well combined and cooked. Turn off the heat. 🍚 Chhuin Aloo Badi Besara tastes best when served hot with rice.
