Barricade winch is for all 2007 – 2017 Jeep Wrangler JKs. The Barricade full width front bumper is a steel heavy-duty alternative to the lightweight factory bumper, which generally consists of an aluminum plate covered in plastic. In addition the bumper in this kit is paired with a Barricade 9,500 lb. winch with synthetic rope. The combination of bumper and winch ensures great protection while on the trail or on the road. The bumper comes with a great 3-year limited warranty and the winch comes with an outstanding lifetime limited warranty. Heavy-Duty Construction: The Barricade Trailforce HD full width bumper is constructed from heavy-duty 5/32-inch thick mild steel plating and 2”x0.120” tubing for reliable strength and rigidity. The bumper is coated in a two-stage finish using epoxy pre-coating and high-grade textured black powder coating for great durability and corrosion prevention. The winch included in the kit is the Barricade 9,500lb. It includes a synthetic rope line that has a pulling capacity of 9,500 lbs., which is great for a two door Wrangler, and the minimum pull rate for a four door. The winch is driven by a 5.5 hp series-wound motor and is equipped with a 3-stage planetary gearbox with a 195.4:1 gear ratio for great pulling performance. Bolt-On Installation: This install of the bumper and winch is straightforward without the need to drill or modify your Jeep. Considering that the install involves a full width bumper and winch, an extra pair of hands will be useful and allow both items to be installed within 2 hours with basic hand tools.
