This version is particularly exciting because it’s small enough to run locally on an 8GB RTX 4060 mobile GPU, making it one of the most accessible vision models available right now. We begin with a quick overview of the model, then walk through the local installation steps using a simple Gradio-based interface. Once everything is running, we put the model through several real-world image-based tasks to test its capabilities. These include analyzing UI screenshots, identifying Clippy, performing OCR, extracting fine details from images, and interpreting a stock trading chart.
