Shepu Batata Bhaji Recipe (Dill Leaves with Potato) 🌿🥔 A simple Maharashtrian style dry sabzi that goes very well with bhakri, chapati, or dal-rice. 🧾 Ingredients • 1 bunch shepu (dill leaves) – finely chopped • 2 medium potatoes – peeled & chopped • 2 tbsp oil • 1/2 tsp cumin seeds • 8–9 garlic cloves – crushed • 2 green chilies – crushed • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder • Salt – to taste • 2 tbsp Gram flour (optional) • ½ tbsp red chilli powder • ½ tbsp Onion Garlic masala • 1 Tomato chopped 👩🍳 Method 1. Wash the shepu well and chop it finely. 2. Heat oil in a pan. 3. Add cumin seeds, garlic, and green chilies. Sauté for a few seconds. 4. Add chopped Tomato 5. Add turmeric powder and chopped potatoes. Mix well. 6. Cover and cook for 5–6 minutes until potatoes are half cooked. 7. Add Red chilli powder and Onion - Garlic masala 8. Now add the chopped shepu and salt. Mix well. 9. Cover and cook on low flame for 5–7 minutes. Shepu will release water and cook. 10.
