Ingredients: Broccoli, chopped Mushrooms, sliced Corn kernels 6 eggs 1 teaspoon ginger, garlic, chilli and coriander paste Salt to taste Black pepper to taste A pinch of nutmeg and mace powder 2 tablespoons curd Sliced carrots for garnish Method: Start by preparing the vegetables. Chop the broccoli into small florets, slice the mushrooms and keep the corn kernels ready. Place the vegetables in the oven steamer and steam them using the steamer function for about 1 minute. This lightly softens them while keeping their crunch. In a separate bowl, crack half a dozen eggs.
