OMG, I ACTUALLY WROTE USEFUL STUFF IN THE DESCRIPTION GUYS! CHECK IT OUT FOR MORE INFO/ELABORATION ON TODAY'S TOPIC! xD What's going on guys, it's Spartan, and today we're talking college. More specifically, I'm giving people who are going to college soon advice about how to make a smooth transition from high school to college. For one, college is not scary. It's a fun place to be, and even though this is a time in your life where responsibility REALLY takes over, you can still have a lot of fun. Just make sure school and family are number one on the priorities list, social life and other things come next. Also, when you move in, meet new people. I'm not exactly the most outgoing person, but last year I had my dorm room door open almost all the time, and I met sooooo many new people. When you have a good support system of friends in college, combined with friends at home and family, college seems a lot less frightening and much more fun. Besides the prioritizing and making new friends, go out and experience your college. Go to football games, soccer games, volleyball games, movie nights, social events, whatever is going on. Bring your friends, have a good time. This is a once in a lifetime experience, don't let it pass you by. Take advantage of it, make it special. But, other than that, don't worry. You were accepted for a reason, you'll do great as long as you keep your focus on school work and keep that numero uno on your list of things to do. Hope this helped those of you who will be going to college either this year or some time soon, and I will talk to you all later! :D
