New eligibility date for agricultural units: July 24, 2023 Max number of homes per conversion increased from 5 to 10 Total floor space limit increased to 1000m² Individual home size capped at 150m² (down from 465m²) 4m Extensions are now allowed to the rear under certain conditions These updates are great news for landowners and developers!
