A video showing the Alphabet Pal that I found. He's from 2001. He has four modes: a letter names mode, a letter sounds mode, a colors mode and a music mode. The letter names mode says the name of the letter that you press. The letter sounds mode says the sound of the letter that you press. I experimented in this mode and found out that he can say some pretty nasty words that LeapFrog did not censor. The colors mode says the color of the shoe that you press. The music mode plays tunes that start with the letter that you press, like Farmer in the Dell for F and I've Been Working on the Railroad for I. You can also press Edison and he will play an instrumental version of the Alphabet Song. Alphabet Pal's string can also be pulled and he will sing the Alphabet Song. His antennas also light up. I like this toy.
