Felix Baumgartner was born on April 20, 1969 in Salzburg, Austria. Although born into a middle class family, Felix made a name for himself in world of extreme sports, by achieving 13 world records in BASE jumping and also became the first person to cross the English Channel using carbon fibre wings. In 2012, Felix did the impossible, when he became the first person to jump from the height of 24.2 miles from the surface. During the fall, he broke the sound barrier by achieving the speed of 843.6 mph. This remarkable feat also earned him a nickname Fearless Felix. During the recent years, Felix had picked up a new hobby of paramotoring, where he had travelled to multiple countries, capturing the beautiful sceneries from above and sharing it through his social media.
