Stir until smooth. Add crushed garlic, lemon juice, white vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper. Pour in the water and mix well until the sauce becomes smooth and creamy. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed. Transfer to a mason jar or airtight container and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to blend.
