BUT now, with more opportunities in the Force opening up, I’ve decided to LEAP out of my comfort zone and push myself to the fitness level required for a budding Police Officer. It’s going to a tough journey, but there’s no excitement in thinking ‘what if’ and I KNOW it will be worth the blood, sweat and tears. My road to a new and improved fitness regime starts here!
