For the first time in 9 months, the ID's by Owner series returns with a look at many of the station Legal ID's of the 82 stations of the Wausau, Wisconsin-based Midwest Communications Midwest Communications started in 1958 with the purchase of WSAU AM 1400 in Wausau, which soon turned into Top 40 formatted station WRIG. 65 years later, the company has grown exponentially into one of the largest privately owned radio companies in the country, with stations in areas stretching from Fargo, North Dakota to the northwest to Knoxville, Tennessee, with many markets in between. Seven stations owned by Midwest do not stream. They are listed at the end of the video.
