Quick Pie with Sauce(paça) | Pite e shpejtë me paçë dhe mish pule | Schnelle Pastete mit Sauce Chicken Phyllo with Yogurt Sauce (Paça) Ingredients: • 500g ready-made phyllo dough •1kg chicken thighs •Chicken broth (from boiling the chicken) •200g butter (melted) •250ml yogurt •250ml water •1½ tablespoons flour •Salt •1clove of garlic 🧄 Boil the chicken meat, which we will use later along with the broth. Prepare the Yogurt Sauce (Paça) In a pot, bring to a boil 250ml water 1 teaspoon salt In a separate bowl, mix: 1 egg yolk 250ml yogurt 1½ tablespoons flour 1clove of garlic 🧄 Whisk until smooth and lump-free. Slowly add the mixture to the boiling water, stirring continuously. Cook for 3 minutes, then remove from heat. *Preparing the Phyllo Grease a baking tray with butter and add 2 sheets of phyllo dough. Shape the sheets as shown in the video. Brush with butter. Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 20 minutes. After baking, let them cool for 5 minutes. *Final Steps After they are baked, soften the ready-made phyllo sheets with the chicken broth. Then pour the sauce (paça) over them and finally add the shredded chicken on top.
