Of course, your belly is naturally bigger in the evening because there’s food inside. But that shouldn’t be unproportionally big, full of gas or cause any discomfort. . . 🤷🏼♀️ For me, serious bloating can take up to 4 days to go away completely!! My first IGTV on this topic was about my „swollen belly“, which randomly swell up after eating any kind of food. This was down to an imbalance of my gut bacteria, which I could solve by doing a poop test & finding out which bacteria stems I need to build again (with certain probiotics).
