Micron just reported fiscal Q2 2026 results, and the numbers were huge. Revenue came in at $23.86 billion, up from $13.64 billion a year earlier. GAAP diluted EPS was $12.07 versus $1.41 a year ago. Adjusted free cash flow was $6.9 billion, and Micron ended the quarter with $16.7 billion in cash, marketable investments, and restricted cash. Management also guided fiscal Q3 2026 revenue to $33.5 billion ± $500 million and raised the quarterly dividend to $0.15 per share. In this stock review, I walk through Micron’s recent earnings, AI-driven memory demand, free-cash-flow momentum, DCF assumptions, and the main upside and downside factors investors should watch. Reuters also reported in December 2025 that Micron lifted its fiscal 2026 capital spending plan to $20 billion as it ramped investment to meet booming AI-related demand, which helps explain both the growth story and the execution risk.
