Most people fly to Everest. I’m starting at 0 meters, so I spent 3 days trekking "Sea to Sea" across the most brutal terrain in Spain to prepare. This is a critical step in my 2,200km Everest sea-to-summit expedition. My ultimate goal is to walk from the Indian Ocean to the 8,848m summit of Mount Everest and back, entirely on foot. To get there, I need to know if my body can handle back-to-back days of extreme elevation gain and technical terrain. In this video, I take my Everest training to the Canary Islands. I am crossing the entire island of Gran Canaria from coast to coast in just 3 days, battling the rugged Spanish mountains to prove I have the mountain fitness required for the world's highest peak. 🤝 Support the journey and help make this Everest dream a reality: https://gofund.me/4232786f I'm attempting to become the first person to climb the 7 Summits (the highest peak on each continent) completely self-powered from sea level and back to sea level. ▶️LEARN MORE ABOUT THE PROJECT (Video): • I'm climbing the 7 Summits from Sea to Sea 🏔️JOIN THE JOURNEY (FREE) Follow on Instagram: / traintosummit ❤️SUPPORT THE CLIMB (BECOME A PARTNER) Join our Patreon for exclusive content: / traintosummit #everest #seatosummit #grancanaria
