In this video I am talking about knowledge domain identification to knowledge mapping. Knowledge domain identification requires us to create organization routines department wise that consists of rules, policies and frameworks. Department work is specialised and specialised in formal rules and protocols of work. Thus, it is expected that human resources will be specially trained for organizational work. The training is responsible for exploring varied work responsibilities for that cause the interpretation to be ostensive performative in nature. The performative aspect of organization routines is dynamic which means they change with the change in human resources in the department. This shows that the knowledge map and strong and weak areas of expertise in organisational functioning is due to human intellect. identifying strong links within the organization is responsible for identifying knowledge clusters. knowledge clusters form the nodes within an organization map and symbolises the expertise areas in the environment. Based on the interaction of these expertise areas we find the emergence of certain constructs that could be promising for the Organization development.
