I spent one evening with the new SONY FX2 — a camera that totally caught me off guard. While everyone’s waiting on an FX3 Mark II or an FX6 II, Sony drops something no one saw coming. It’s not quite what you'd expect… but in some ways, that’s what makes it interesting. I took it out for a spin, shot a few clips, and got a real feel for how it handles. Overall? I’m impressed. It’s compact, powerful, and responsive — but the EVF design really threw me off. the placement feels strange, almost like an afterthought yet the quality and usability is amazing.
