Car Owner Angering Neighbors Over Cones In Parking Spot

Neighbors in Park Slope, Brooklyn are seeing red and orange when it comes to the owner of a brand new bright orange Dodge Challenger. They say that William Caraballo surrounds his bright orange sports car with bright orange traffic cones when he parks his vehicle in any spot. Caraballo parks as far away from other cars as possible, he says he loves his car and saved up his money for a while to get the car of his dreams. “This is, yes, one of my babies. Definitely, so I want to take care of it as much as possible,” he said. Neighbors of Caraballo's community have even posted rants about his annoying parking habits on blogs throughout the internet; his response to these neighbors' concerns is short but to the point. “Well the reason I put cones around my car is to protect my car, not to keep people away from it.
