Clark 667C skidder. Another day to look at forestry and logging equipment! I got a chance to check out these three Clark Ranger 667 log skidder's. These old machines are in various stages of repair, between running a 667c, and two others, a 667c and 667b . These grapple skidders have different engines. The two 667c's have Detroit Diesel 6V53 engines, and the 667b has a v6 Cummins engine. I think these were a 555 nicknamed the triple nickle ? I tried to find the years these machines were built, but surprisingly there was very little information to be found. I think these were manufactured from early 1970s through around 1980. Thinking about buying one to salvage and use the axles on my Hood slasher.
