The Social Democrat government of Spain has announced that it will soon introduce a new residence permit for irregular immigrants living in the country. 🔴The applicant must be an undocumented or irregular immigrant living in Spain. That is, if he has previously been regularized in any other category, he will not be able to take advantage of this new rule. Proof of continuous presence or residence in Spanish territory for at least two years must be provided. 🇪🇸People who have a deportation notice to leave Spain cannot apply. An employment contract signed by an employer or a company must be presented. 🔴This contract must include a guarantee of the minimum wage in Spain, i.e. a salary equivalent to 1,134 euros. The work contract must have a minimum term of three months. In the case of part-time work or employment with multiple employers, all relevant work contracts must be submitted.
