Paraeducators are more than classroom aides, they are carriers of academic communities and culture. For over two decades, the California School Employees Association has committed to filling gaps in professional development opportunities for paraeducators. From providing bilingual services and one-on-one instruction to serving students with special needs, paraeducators are a crucial link between students and their school communities.
