1999 Mazda 626 LX Start Up/Tour

This was my car. It's already sold. I bought a 2008 Honda CR-V to replace it. Out of the other competitons it had at the time, this one I recommend the least, you're better off in a Camry or Accord. I had the car for two years and its nothing but problems for me and it has left me stranded numerous times, thank God I had AAA. The engine was pretty weak for its size (2.0L 125 hp, same one as the Protege) The transmission had a high failure rate, especially for the 4 cyl models. The old tranny died on me and i had to get a new one. The A/C did not work, It had oscillating vents, but its not worth it. The seats were very uncomfortable had the worst headrest design. Tall people better reconsider because you will get whiplash with the small headrests. If you do want a Mazda midsize car, I would either get the V6 version or the Mazda6 (which IMO looks way better than the 626)
