In this tutorial we will be looking at Bundle Branch Blocks and Fascicular Blocks Summary: Important Principle The QRS will have a prominent positive deflection in the leads representing the areas of the heart that are delayed in being stimulated For eg: In RBBB, the right side is delayed in being stimulated. The right sided chest lead V1 shows a prominent R' wave (in a prolonged QRS complex) along with T inversion. In LBBB, the left side is delayed in being stimulated so lead V6 shows a prominent R wave with T inversion.
