Heavy duty strap stitching with a Cowboy CB 6900 sewing machine

My other video's on this machine show that it is very good at stitching light duty work as in on purses and wallets so, as it can stitch up to 1/2" (13mm) and use 207 thread (13M) I thought I would give it a try on these arm chair straps. Although the dealers website claimed a 6mm stitch length I found it could do 8+mm with no problems. That is 3 stitches to the inch which is pretty wide in my opinion. The strap shown here is 6mm thick with a 1mm webbing reinforcement between the layers.
