It is understood that the Sayadaw Gyi arrived upon the invitation of Mrs. Wang Mo, the Chairperson of the Organizing Committee for the 20th International Tipitaka Chanting Ceremony. Warm Welcome Ceremony Upon the Sayadaw Gyi's arrival at Bodh Gaya Airport, he was warmly and respectfully welcomed by Mrs. Wang Mo and responsible officials of the Tipitaka Chanting Organizing Committee, together with monastic dignitaries including Dr. Osadha Thara, Abbot of Sitagu Dhamma Vihara Monastery in Minnesota, USA; U Nanda Obhasa, Abbot of the Mahabodhi Temple in India; Dr. Pant; and the Most Venerable Sanghasena from Ladakh, along with many other Venerable Monks.
