Juicy Honey Garlic Pork Chops These Honey Garlic Pork Chops are seared to perfection and coated in a flavorful, sticky sauce that’s both sweet and savory. Perfect for an easy, delicious dinner! Ingredients • 4 bone-in or boneless pork chops • 1 tsp onion powder • 1 tsp garlic powder • 1 tsp smoked paprika • 1 tsp seasoned salt • 1 tsp Italian seasoning • 1 tsp ground black pepper • 1 tbsp olive oil • 2 tbsp butter • 4 cloves garlic, minced • 1 tbsp honey • 1 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar Instructions 1. Season the Pork Chops: Pat the pork chops dry with a paper towel. In a small bowl, mix onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, seasoned salt, Italian seasoning, and black pepper. Rub the seasoning evenly onto both sides of the pork chops. 2. Sear the Pork Chops: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the pork chops and cook for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove and set aside. 3. Make the Honey Garlic Sauce: Reduce heat to medium and add butter to the same pan. Once melted, stir in minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant. Add honey, soy sauce, and apple cider vinegar, stirring to combine. Let the sauce simmer for 1-2 minutes until slightly thickened. 4. Coat & Finish Cooking: Return the pork chops to the pan, spoon the sauce over them, and let them cook for another 2 minutes, ensuring they’re well coated and juicy. 5. Serve & Enjoy: Remove from heat and let the pork chops rest for 5 minutes before serving. Drizzle extra sauce over the top and enjoy with mashed potatoes, rice, or roasted veggies. Pro Tip: For extra juiciness, use bone-in pork chops and don’t overcook—aim for an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
