These are the steps for replacement of Tethon 3D Bison 1000 ceramic 3d printer vat film. This vat film is disposable and can be purchased per sheet from the Tethon 3D website. No need to replace the entire resin vat. Supplies needed: Paper Towels or Rag Screwdriver (Electric for ease) Small Pick or Screw Driver Box Cutter or Exacto Knife Gloves Steps: Using a screwdriver, remove all screws in the base of the resin tray. Remove the base of the resin tray and old Vat film. Next, clean the edges to ensure a tight seal when replacing. Place a new Vat film on the resin tray and replace the base as shown. Next, Replace the 4 corner screws in an X pattern. **Only tighten half way, enough to hold the Vat film in place. Grab your box cutter or exacto knife; while supporting the blade against the silver base, trim the excess Vat film. Then, grab your small screwdriver or pick to puncture the Vat Film in each screw hole. Once done, replace all screws in a back and forth pattern as shown. Lastly, go back with your screwdriver to tighten the 4 corners. Once done, you should be able to flick the Vat film and have it sound like a drum.
