This video shows the almost dust-free engraving of a tombstone with our fine blasting device / PenBlaster and the SR3000 Photoresist. Our PenBlaster can be used to transfer the finest engravings by sandcarving to a wide variety of materials (glass, stone, metal, ceramic, etc.). The Sandblasting Pen is not much larger than a Ballpoint Pen and has a 3.2 mm - extremely durable - jet nozzle made of carbide. As expected, this is not a pressure jet system, but an Syphon System (Injection). The hose between the container and the blasting pen is double-walled and contains the air hose and abrasive hose! The abrasive media and the compressed air are not mixed in the container, but in the blasting pen. Advantage: The container is not under pressure and can be refilled at any time. As shown here, our PenBlaster can be ordered as a free sandblasting device with foot release including pressure gauge. It is also suitable as a retrofit kit for your blasting system!
