The Colorado Springs Police Department is giving an update on the shooting at a nightclub where 5 people were killed and another 17 were shot. Charges of murder and bias-motivated crimes have been recommended for the man arrested in connection to a shooting at an LGBTQ+ nightclub in Colorado Springs that left five dead and at least 18 injured. Court records show Anderson Lee Aldrich, 22, is being held on suspicion of the following in the shooting at Club Q: Five courts of first-degree murder after deliberation Five counts of a bias-motivated crime causing bodily injury Court records also show that Aldrich is being held without bond as of Monday. Records also show the affidavit has been sealed. As of Monday afternoon, Aldrich was still in the hospital.
