Sparks - Tryouts For The Human Race (Top Of The Pops 1979) (Full HQ Edit)

Sparks were changed their style of music from glam rock to more of a synth pop disco sound thanks to a collaboration with Giorgio Moroder, Their songs "The Number One Song In Heaven" and "Beat The Clock" were successful hits from their album "No 1 Song In Heaven" in 1979, but this follow up "Tryouts For The Human Race" wasn't successful in the charts, only peaking at 45! Once having a listen to it I think it's a great song and it should've been a hit for them to become more popular in the Disco era! Here they are performing it on Top Of The Pops in 1979, re-edited despite the song being cut short at the end which was a shame! They did the same with Beat The Clock as well which I need to find elsewhere! Sorry for the terrible quality, at least I added HQ sound to make it better!
