10 Simple Ways to Increase the Value of your Plot | Real Estate Investing

There are many people who have plots in this city and all over the country. It Maybe a 1/8th of an acre, how do we improve the value of these plots? 10 simple ways to improve the value of your plot. 1. Very easy, you can fence the plot. One of the things we encourage our customers as username investment once you buy your plot, please fence it. Once you fence it, the value goes up. And we have seen this in our customers. Every time we do value addition on our projects, we actually increase the value, we increase the price and we are able to get more customers fast. Planting trees. In some areas, I have seen customers do this. There are people who won’t use their plots for a long long time. Even 10 years. If you are in an area where you have access to water. Even if you have 100 acres somewhere, you can plant trees, then you leave them to grow, you need to maintain them for a few months and leave them to grow for long. 3. Ensure that the plot is accessible. We have pieces of properties that cannot be sold because they don’t have access to a road. Sometimes, especially if the plot is big, talking about 20 acres. What you need to do is to look for graders and machines to make the plot easily accessible. There are properties we have refused to buy because there was no access. By doing so, the value can go up by 50%, you create demand. 4. Clearly mark the plot. This is very important. There are people who will do beacons. If you can’t see where the plot is, how the plot is demarcated, most people will not buy it. One of the ways to easily dispose your property is to remark. There are people who can also be able to do electricity, connect electricity if you can, very important. 6. There another thing that is important is to the make appearance look good. You can clear bushes. We do these in our projects. Remove the stamps. You can level the group if need be. And then the plot looks attractive. Most of our decisions unfortunately sometimes we have an emotional part of us, that make decisions. Based on how something looks, so if you are trying to dispose off property, if it is a house, you will rather wash it, you rather do minor repairs. Let me shock you, there are some people who make money, business people by just renovating houses and repairing them and selling them at 50% more and they get buyers. They make money. Maybe they use a million and they end up making 5. So it looks so easy but it is not. These are some of the things that you can do to your plot. An additional one, you can look at the landscaping of the plot, depending on where it is, especially with plots that are near the city. And you can use it for many other factors that we have covered for business, you can do stalls, you can be able to plant trees, you can be able to lease out for car wash.
