**Acing UPSC examination and charting the path of gender equality: women's reservation in parliament**. UPSC seminar cum turncoat debate competition was organised by UMANG: The civil services society, University of Allahabad on 13OCT,2023 with the aim to provide a platform and session of confidence building & expert guidance in acing Civil Services Examination..The chief guest of the event Mr.GAURAV KUMAR,C.D.O said,“Discipline, perseverance, patience & consistency are the four pillars of success.The judges of the debate competition Dr. Ashish Dhar Tripathi (asst.prof. Political Science Department , UOA ) & Dr. Rehnamol P.R. (asst.prof. Political Science Department,UOA) said, “The seminar was good exposure for our students on how to prepare and compete effectively in the civil services examinations and the debate competition was a good way to provide a clear vision about the importance of Women's reservation Bill, 2023.” The winners of the debate competition were SHREYA SHARMA (B.A-II), URVI YADAV ( B.A-III ), PALLAVI TRIPATHI (B.A-I ) respectively.
