The expense is baked into the fund so 5.34% APY really is what you will get. Note that 5.34% is annualized which means it takes into account compounding. Hence, to figure out what you will get for 1 year, you use the percentage directly. Example: $1000 * 5.34% is $53.40 you will get in interest at the end of the year. Note that the effective rate is even better than what you see because you do not pay state taxes on treasuries.
