It's very easy to become discouraged with our art and just cast it aside with less-than-enthusiastic plans to "deal with it later." But more often than not, that work gets left behind, never to be finished. We should rethink our methods if we find ourselves doing this regularly. Leaving work unfinished can be frustrating and it can actually drain us of our creativity. Especially when we over time have built up a pile of unfinished artwork. Some would call it artistic karma. But to many of us, that situation can feel like a weight tied to our creativity, ever pulling us downward and further away from putting in the effort that is required in order to create the things that we really want to create.
