You will be encouraged to move with your breath while staying aware of your bodily sensations. Release tension, clear the mind, and connect to what matters most. Take 15 minutes to start the day on the right foot for better mental, emotional, and physical health. Recenter, reconnect and reboot. A little can go a long way! Take this time for you.
