Once the patient is fully paralyzed, he will then remove the face mask, open up the mouth, and then introduce the LARYNGEAL MASK AIRWAY following the curve of the palate advancing the LARYNGEAL MASK AIRWAY with his index finger initially and then with the shaft of the LARYNGEAL MASK AIRWAY. 50 cc's of air is then used to inflate the LARYNGEAL MASK AIRWAY cuff. The LARYNGEAL MASK AIRWAY is then connected to the ventilator and then the procedure is complete.
