38 Min Bike Ride Gosling Rd The Woodlands

Follow my YouTube Channel @biketrailsthewoodlands 38 Minute Bike Ride (6.3 miles) following Gosling Road in The Woodlands, TX. – This is a ONE WAY ride so remember to either have someone who can pick you up at the end, or double the miles & time for the return trip back to the starting point. I started the ride on the north end of Gosling at Hwy 242 and rode south to Creekside subdivision, all while staying in The Woodlands. This is a single continuous paved trail that follows Gosling Road. You have to cross over from one side to the other at Lake Woodlands Dr. Your will be in the shade for about 80% of the ride. There is slight elevation at both bridges towards the beginning and again towards the end of the ride. The total distance is just over 6 miles and takes about 38 minutes – riding speed between 7 and 10 mph. Please, do be careful at the intersections and only cross with the pedestrian traffic lights. I plan to explore more of the Bike Trails in The Woodlands and then post them along with locations.
