I need to be fit all year long so my build starts in December and leads me through October. WHATS THE GOAL OF DAILY VLOGGING? I want to push myself in something off the bike, I feel like ive gotten lazy and I need to work harder. So i will shoot, edit, and work EVERYDAY this month. I hope you follow along. HOW DOES THIS IMPACT THE FAMILY? I spend quality time with both my kids and wife all year. My relationship with my son is BOOMING, my daughter and I are best budds, I will show as much of the family interaction as possible, but just because I dont film it, doesn't mean Im not present. IS THIS HOW MY LIFE ALWAYS IS? No, Im a family man first, and put a lot of time and energy into my family. I will show as much of that as possible in these vlogs, but just because its not on film, doesn't mean im not with them a ton.
