Window Profile Design - DIY Timber Windows - ICMT 02 - BurnBabyByrne Makes

In the second episode of my new "I Could Make That!" series, I emulate the window profile design of my original windows so that the new casements will fit the frames. I measure the original casements and frames, 2D sketch by hand and then in OnShape, before extruding 3D models of the stiles, rails, blazzing components, and frame mullions in OnShape. I 3D print prototypes of each component on my ‪@BambuLab‬ X1 Carbon, and demonstrate the tololing chosen from Whitehill Tools to cut the casement profiles using my Hammer F3 spindle moulder.
