The hallway is fairly short, with various objects such as hospital equipment gurneys, and beds scattered about that block your way. Level "The End" is The End is a deceptive level made to trick unsuspecting wanderers into thinking they have escaped the backrooms. The Level is presumably a "web" created by a Entity called the "Scratcher." The level resembles an abandoned library with no books on its shelves. There is also a Computer in the center of the room.
