Converting Bachmann class 220 / 221 Voyager to DCC (Part1 of 2) The Motorised Car.

In this two part video we take a look at converting Bachmann's class 220 4 car DEMU Voyager to DCC. With decoders from Scalemodelscenery.co.uk: https://www.scalemodelscenery.co.uk/s... For part one we'll concentrate on the motorised car & in part two the trailer car with lights. As Bachmann never made the Voyager model DCC ready, we'll hard wire the DCC decoder to the motor & power pick ups. Three decoders are needed, one for the motorised car, & one decoder each for the Driving trailer cars for the lights. You can of course use one decoder & through wire the whole consist, which will work out cheaper but the choice is yours as to which method you pick. Part two to follow next....
