Jesica Zermeño Nuñez, a Univision journalist, has risked her life and career reporting on the now infamous case from Guerrero, Mexico where local authorities are accused of conspiring to not only murder, but immolate the corpses of 43 student activists and protesters. In a time of great upheaval in her country due to cartel violence coupled with government inefficacy and corruption , she can no longer stand on the sidelines and watch her people and country literally go up in flames. In our interview, Jesica explains her journalistic need to uncover the truth, not simply for her own benefit, but for justice and doing what is right. It is time to take a side.
